Job Description: Fundraising Manager

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute individuals' activation strategy
• Lead the team, coach, motivate, and evaluate members
• Design and implement annual fundraising plans
• Manage digital platforms and stakeholder relationships
• Promote sales products to facilitate fundraising
• Stay updated on technology trends
• Identify and pursue new opportunities
• Ensure quality data collection and analysis
• Establish and maintain trust with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop cross-functional community of practice
• Motivate and activate volunteer network

Your Requirements:

• Minimum ⚠ years of relevant professional experience
• Master's degree in Marketing / Sales / Economics / Communication or equivalent
• Action- and results-oriented with strong leadership skills
• Experience in project and change management
• Structured, process-driven with a focus on efficiency
• Proficient in digital transformation
• Experience with ERP software (a plus)
• Excellent writing skills
• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
