Have you always wanted to work on a factory's finance team? We are looking for a Plant Controller for our Actimel plant in Belgium, Global Recruitment's largest plant in Europe. This position is located in Belgium and is part of the Rostelaar Operational Control team.

Promptly and accurately report on field financial performance, including in-depth analysis of variances to local and central stakeholders.

Analyze and report on key performance indicators and ensure accuracy, understand impact and communicate these measures to business units.

Carry out inventory closing tasks at the end of the month.

Coordinate the site's forecasting and reporting processes, identify and track risks and opportunities, and ensure forecast accuracy and reporting consistency.

Responsible for location balance sheet and cash control.

Support the leadership team by driving accountability and local financial awareness Provide advice to the leadership team on strategic discussions and business decisions.

Track operational productivity and capital projects, execution and financial impact.

Ensure compliance with internal controls and collaborate with internal and external auditors.

Effective communication with other departments.

Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

Minimum of ⚠ years of financial professional experience in an operational environment.

Good computer skills including MS Office product knowledge (Excel, (PowerPoint, Outlook))

ERP system experience (SAP preferred)

Solid interpersonal, analytical and technical skills.

Ability to communicate complex financial information orally and in writing.

You have a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, prioritize, adapt, and be flexible.

Flexible, goal-oriented, and responsive to business needs.

Fluent in spoken and written English; Dutch is preferred.
