We are currently seeking a Focus Plant Manager for this facility. A strong leader who pursues operational excellence. Lead a large cross-functional team that includes all team members, team leaders, team leaders, quality, engineering, production planning and continuous improvement Focus Factory supports internal and external customer requirements and is responsible for meeting or exceeding all Focus Factory KPIs including safety, Quality, delivery and cost. Ensure products are manufactured on time and to customer quality requirements to ensure customer delivery schedules are met Coordinate the development of people, processes and skills within the focal facility. Work with employees to establish Focus Factory AOP goals and review and maintain a pipeline of continuous improvement projects to meet or exceed AOP goals. Requires general engineering knowledge and manufacturing processes - DFMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, DVP&R, etc. Reports directly to the Plant Manager. Operations Manager with ten years of experience. Master's degree with ⚠ to ⚠ years of experience overseeing manufacturing operations in a high-volume, high-mix environment Strong leadership skills in goal setting and achievement, problem solving, and change management. Learn about Lean continuous improvement and project management. Good at managing processes; you can easily switch between different tasks and know what you need to prioritize. You are an excellent communicator who can collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization. You are results-oriented and driven to meet results, operational KPIs and deadlines.
