Job Description:

Atlas Global Recruitment, located in Boom, is part of the Atlas Global Recruitment Group and specializes in the rental of temporary compressed air, nitrogen, power, and steam solutions for industrial customers in Belgium and Europe. This organization facilitates rental services and maintenance for a variety of industries, including the oil industry, manufacturing, and power plants. Through close partnership at the European level, Atlas Global Recruitment has access to a large rental fleet of vehicles. Additionally, Atlas Global Recruitment Rental offers custom solutions and a dedicated service to its customers on a regular basis.

To assist with our organization's growing, our Operations department is seeking a Fleet Engineer to assist with our Quality Manager and team as well as internal customers. The responsibilities of the Fleet Engineer include the following endeavors:

• Handling requests for investments and divestments.
• Create, maintain and follow-up investment and divestment plans in a systematic and formal manner.
• Transforming and facilitating the Rental Europe fleet's processes and systems.
• Control and maintain the new fleet additions.
• Manage and follow up on the fleet's arrival and preparation for commissioning in the team.
• Ensure a thorough analysis of our fleet's capabilities and limitations.
• Improve the sustainability of our fleet.
• Help other departments by supplying the necessary fleet information.
• Operating according to ISO and safety regulations.

The perfect candidate has a Bachelor's degree, which is not necessarily technical. You're aware of the technology and order processing traditions or similar through experience. Previous relevant experience is beneficial, as it allows you to possess strong administrative abilities and to follow-up on projects. You're familiar with implementing new methods, or would like to learn them. You're proficient in Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Having at least one ERP system experience is beneficial. A deep understanding of English is vital. The knowledge of Dutch is beneficial. Experience in fleet management would be beneficial.
