Job Description:

Our client is a large family business that promotes a long-term investment strategy with a specific focus on retail real estate with stable income and excellent tenants.

They are always looking for retail parks or clusters positioned in good locations intended for strong retailers and related businesses.

The total leasable area (BVO) is currently approximately ⚠,⚠ square meters with ⚠% occupancy.

Tasks include technical and legal management of the buildings, as well as handling accounting, invoices, etc., which are internalized.

They are seeking a Financial Manager to oversee the accounting.

This position can be Full-time or Part-time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Management of Accounting
• Issuing invoices through property management software
• Debtors and creditors management
• Periodic VAT returns
• Year-end transactions
• Financial Management
• Annual reconciliation of common costs to tenants
