Job Description

Customer Portfolio Management

Together with the branch manager you will be fully responsible for managing your portfolio of clients. The portfolio consists of private clients. You identify opportunities and recommend banking products based on customer needs to strengthen customer relationships.

Exploration

With instructions from colleagues at the counter or contacts in your customer portfolio, you can proactively seek out new customers and determine the best approach to reach them.

Predicting and Planning

Based on your annual plan, you will carry out specific business actions monthly and evaluate your goals together with the location manager.

Your Personal Information

To perform this role, you naturally enjoy human connections and have a keen interest in financial products. You have a bachelor's or master's degree in finance and ideally have some initial professional experience.

You are eager to learn, and by working with us, you will have the opportunity to obtain the various certificates required to succeed in your role. You will receive legal notice from Willems and Cauwenberghs within six months.

Your enthusiasm and desire to take on business roles are contagious. You are results-oriented, solution-focused, and motivated to discover customer needs and provide appropriate advice.
