Business Review Manager, Global Recruitment FinRev team

Desired to assist the Earth's most dedicated customer, they want to help the company design, implement and evaluate risk mitigation strategies that will improve the customer experience and preserve the brand of Global Recruitment?

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the Last Mile transportation businesses of Global Recruitment to plan, explore, and execute financial analyses that assess the financial performance of these businesses against intended goals. You will be required to utilize finance and accounting principles to interpret new and existing business models, and to communicate the identified findings to your partner in the industry, all of this in a timely and effective manner. You will instructcribers on how to categorize expenses in order to ensure the completeness and accuracy of reported expenses. You will also collaborate with the business, legal, financial, technological, and human resources teams in implementing cutting-edge, customer-oriented, financial analysis solutions and process enhancements.

This position necessitates the capacity to travel on a regular basis. The capacity to observe and oversee projects until they are completed on time. The capacity to form successful partnerships with both internal and external teams dedicated to executing practical initiatives. Demonstrable ability to solve problems using data to make decisions.

Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• BA or BS in Business or Accounting.
• Experience in financial auditing, advisory services, or due diligence.
• Fluent in English, Italian, or German.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Technical ability and familiarity with intricate databases and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Query, Power Bi, Power Pivot, SQL, Python, Alteryx.
• Professional licenses such as CPA, CMA, CIA, or others.
