Purchase to Pay (P⚠P) Manager / Financial Process Manager
Job Description: For our client, a significant role in transportation and sustainable movement, we are currently seeking a Purchase to Pay (P⚠P) Manager / financial process manager.
Position: In the context of increasing professionalization of the Finance Department, our client seeks an experienced P⚠P Manager that will help develop the A/P team and will facilitate effective, efficient, and well-recognized P⚠P processes, which need to be constantly improved in order to maintain the highest level of effectiveness.
TASKS AND DUTIES
- Responsible for the design and documentation of all P⚠P processes necessary for internal control, they also must be documented and designed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or another related field.
- ⚠ to ⚠ years of experience in financial process management.
- Concrete Purchase to Pay is preferred but not necessary.
- First people management experience.
- Experience with ERP software, operational systems, and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, motivated, and committed.
- Process-oriented and good problem-solving ability.
- Flexible and possess good time management abilities.
- Good communication abilities.
- Fluent in English. Fluency in both Dutch and French is beneficial.
