Job Description:

• Develop and implement financial strategy and estimates
• Monitor and evaluate financial and operational performance
• Consolidate and present financial information to leadership
• Manage working capital, sales, orders, prices
• Oversee risk management, audits, and internal controls
• Lead team through SAP implementation and digital transformation
• People management with a focus on team effectiveness
• Responsible for fiscal planning and financial reporting metrics
• Travel required between ⚠% to ⚠% primarily in EMEIA region

Requirements: Master's degree in economics/finance, ⚠+ years of relevant experience, understanding of US Gaap and Sox, SAP experience preferred

Location: EMEIA Headquarters in Heist-op-den-Berg
