Financial Controller - Brussels - International Public Affairs

As Controller, you are a true finance and accounting partner, reporting to CFOP. Here are the key responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns and client lists.
• Preparation of Income Tax Returns (ISOC) under the supervision of the CFO.
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements under the supervision of the CFO.
• Review and comment on budget/forecast variances.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly reports under the supervision of CFOA.
• Assist with transfer pricing and reconciliation of statutory financial statements with the USGAA.
• Collaborate with shared services to verify invoices and expense report tracking.

Requirements:

• At least a bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent).
• Fluent in English, fluent in French, or vice versa.
• Minimum ⚠ years of experience as a Financial Controller or General Ledger/Senior Accountant.
• Experience in the business services/consulting industry is a strong advantage.
• BEGAAP knowledge (USGAAP is not mandatory but is considered an advantage).
• Good communication and collaboration skills and excellent organizational skills.
