You translate the store's business plan into a clear action plan for your department and implement various measures.

You support your co-manager in developing an annual plan that includes financial goals and help track these goals. They report monthly and annual results.

You support the management team in identifying and following up on new opportunities and improvements.

You support various departments in tracking and implementing measures to achieve financial goals.
