Job Description: Financial Analyst

Global Recruitment is seeking a proficient and analytical Financial Analyst that will help support our middle-range transportation network, ATS. We are always evolving in the name of Global Recruitment customers in order to provide a larger variety of products quicker and at lower costs. In this role, you will increase the profitability and customer experience by directly affecting the creation, planning, and execution of our transportation system. The position will necessitate a fast learning rate to comprehend the economics and fundamental financial principles, as well as having a basic understanding of the Global Recruitment data system in order to conduct effective analyses.

You'll collaborate closely with partners, stakeholders, and other finance teams in regards to transportation, fulfillment, supply chain, and technology to reduce expenses, while improving customer experience. You're an individual that enjoys operating in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. You can process complex, sometimes-ambiguous data, and identify and address the primary risks associated with operations, you also can help develop efficient solutions for customers. In previous positions, you have successfully handled multiple priorities, you have actively and lucidly communicated with important stakeholders, and you have delivered on time.

The team is part of the Global Recruitment (ATS) family, and is Innovative in Transportation. We have a fixation on completing our customers's orders. Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics or business, or a Bachelor's degree and experience in quantitative role (engineering, process re-engineering, quality assurance)
• Experience with tax, finance or a related analytical field
• Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses
• Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis
• Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes
• Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA, or CPA
• Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with a measurable result
