Finance manager , Placement and Fulfillment Finance

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Professional to join our team at Global Recruitment. This unique role combines financial control, data analysis and stakeholder management, enabling you to make an impact across multiple organisations.

As a financial manager, your primary focus is optimizing fulfillment costs. You can use advanced analytics and tools to query large amounts of data, interpret inputs and outputs, and generate insights. You will work cross-functionally with supply chain, transportation and fulfillment centers and collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experience and reduce costs.

Your responsibilities will include financial reporting, forecasting, control and EU fulfillment program analysis for all Global Recruitment purchases. You establish financial controls, build models, develop agile processes and implement innovative solutions. Additionally, you will present your initiatives and gain management support.

To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with advanced analytics and tools. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential as you will be working closely with diverse teams. Expertise in operational and financial metrics will be highly beneficial in driving ongoing cost improvements and tracking savings.

Basic qualifications:

• Degree in finance, mathematics, economics or other related field.
• Relevant experience in finance functions, including working with various stakeholders within the organization.
• Have relevant personnel management experience.
• Experience using Excel and big data mining and reporting tools such as Python, SQL, or Tableau.
• Relevant experience in financial modeling.

Priority Qualifications:

• Advanced degree or master's degree in finance, economics, or mathematics, such as: B. CA, CMA, CWA, or MBA
• Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• Experience working in a large team or national/multinational organization communicating to senior stakeholders
• Experience with complex information and solutions and influencing decisions
