Field Service Engineer for Life Science Robotics

In order to strengthen our technical services team in the Benelux, we are ideally looking for a candidate who will work primarily in the Benelux South region.

After receiving comprehensive system training in Switzerland, you will become a certified Global Recruitment engineer and perform the following tasks:

• Technical maintenance of systems at customer sites
• Equipment repairs in the event of malfunctions
• Hardware and software setup of equipment
• New Global Recruitment systems comply with Platform Requirements IQ and OQ

Consider prioritizing when planning your campaigns and taking care of your tool and vehicle inventory.

Associate's degree level technical skills with a strong interest in technology and automated liquid handling/medical instrumentation.

Laboratory technician background with high affinity for laboratory equipment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Analytical and results-oriented mindset.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Good knowledge of English. Dutch and French are a big advantage.

Requires knowledge of common software applications such as Microsoft Teams.

Required to travel within the country and occasionally outside the country.

Valid car driving license.

Prior knowledge in the field of laboratory automation is considered an advantage.
