Field Sales Engineer

To strengthen their team, they are looking for a European Field Sales Engineer who maintains strong professional relationships with existing customers. Find new customers or new applications to expand your sales territory. Achieve personal goals and help achieve global corporate goals. Accurately track ongoing projects. Listen to your customers' needs and advise them on the best products to buy. Conduct market research and collect customer feedback to improve existing products. Memorize technical product specifications and learn about new company products and industry trends. Organize product demonstrations and assist customers with product testing. Track management tasks. Work closely with the business development team. Visits to existing and potential customers in sales management and other departments. Actively participate in internal meetings. Bachelor's degree technical training or equivalent experience, preferably in the field of mechatronics/industrial automation. Excellent written and spoken knowledge of Dutch and English. MS Office, SAP, sales representative customer and service attitude oriented. Excellent organizational and planning skills, independent work, teamwork and communication skills, strong flexibility, result-oriented to achieve goals, influence and influence on decision-makers, you are willing to travel to Europe and Japan on business regularly.
