Expert account receivable

The Billing & Account Receivable team, which has ⚠ members, is tasked with invoicing customers in Belgium and Europe who are associated with Global Recruitment and several other subsidiaries that are part of the European company. As part of the development of the invoicing activities associated with the integration projects of our subsidiaries, we are seeking a Billing & Account Receivable expert. He will provide support to the B&AR manager in the implementation and completion of processes and procedures, and will also have a problem-solving role to ensure the best possible support to the team. The territory under consideration includes Global Recruitment and several of its affiliated companies. Help with the implementation of new internal projects in order to improve the processes and procedures of Lean and Agile. Are these roles appropriate for you? Independently evaluate the End-to-End processes that the expert is responsible for (including activities that are upstream and downstream in nature, specific to the B&AR department) and make suggestions for improvements, utilizing Lean and Agile principles, and utilizing all of the technological options available (robots, artificial intelligence, etc.). Create and implement alterations to methods and assess the quality of the execution in order to guarantee the greatest support to the team and its internal clients. Documenting adaptations (SOPs, etc.) Help the management of B&ARactional files in order to achieve the goals of internal clients. Help with the development of the general framework for controlling accounts to make sure the accuracy and completeness of data is maintained. Participate in the development, management, and enhancement of IT tools and apps, and act as the primary user of one or more apps. Including the testing of new versions of the B&AR system and of upstream systems. Facilitating and coordinating internal communication within the various departments of Global Recruitment and its subsidiaries regarding B&AR-related issues in order to promote transparency and consistent communication flows. You have a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, You have at least ⚠ years of relevant experience, and You have a good understanding of accountancy (accounting receivable). Additionally, you have a thorough understanding of several areas, including accounting (BGAAP), financial applications, and their associated ERP systems and software. Understanding the principles of Oracle Fusion is beneficial. You understand the basics of internal control, including the typical uses of office software (primarily Excel), in order to communicate with both your internal and external counterparts, you must have a deep knowledge of French or Dutch, along with a good grasp of English. You will have to maintain the ongoing optimization of processes, procedures and regulations that concern the team, and will have to implement these improvements.
