Job Description:

In the transportation sector, we enhance the customer experience by improving the complex motion of goods to customers across Europe. In the Performance Management team, you will have responsibility for the performance of the middle-range transportation network. You will create large-scale programs and products that have a positive effect on our customers.

The perfect candidate for this position would have to:

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Review and assess the overall performance of the middle mile, including the accuracy and speed of information delivery.
  • Network enhancements dedicated to ATS, which assess the current setup and define the degree to which cost and customer experience are balanced.
  • Be directly involved in the delivery of critical business goals.
  • Plan all aspects of the project's management, including risk management, communication, and implementation.
  • Communicate with the higher-ups.
  • Communicate with the operational and technical leadership of N&V Partners to ensure global consistency.
  • Help with the development teams, be involved in making decisions about projects, and maintain a strategic perspective while achieving tactical goals.
  • Write and review strategic documents that concern the key product development processes from design to release.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with a relevant experience in Transportation or Supply Chain, within a large logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment, as well as Project Management experience. Experience with data and metrics that support theories, authenticate assumptions, generate ideas, execute and measure success, plus a deep understanding of Excel, plus the demonstrated ability to query relational data using SQL (or other query language), all of this is considered in the final evaluation of the candidate.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are not necessary to be considered for a position at N&V Partners. If you possess all of the basic abilities listed above, we would greatly enjoy your participation. A degree with a master's level or higher degree of proficiency in Python or another programming language, a track record of improving the end to the chain of supply and the design of advanced Supply Chain processes, and the implementation of cutting-edge Supply Chain/Logistics tools are all considered.
