Job Description

EU Tech Ops, the Senior Program Manager, requests your enthusiastic and motivated participation in the EU Air Fleet Aviation Sourcing and Technical (FAST) team. This innovative team focuses on creating new aviation-related solutions to enhance safety, efficiency, and performance.

As a Program Manager for Senior Programs within the Fleet, Aviation Sourcing and Technical (FAST) Organization, you will collaborate closely with various teams across Global Recruitment to improve air operations efficiency, customer experience, and business costs.

Your responsibilities include observing fleet performance, addressing technical issues, creating innovative solutions, analyzing fleet performance on a large scale, engaging in audits and maintenance station visits, and resolving operating plan variations.

Communication with internal colleagues and Air Carrier partners, assessing fleet performance, overseeing airframe/powerplant maintenance, and strategic project execution are key tasks for the position.

About the Team

The technical operations team ensures meticulous oversight of aircraft operations to deliver quality service with technological innovations and cost-effective solutions. The focus is on providing dependable aircraft to support Global Recruitment's network design and customer service.

The team operates cross-functionally, addressing complex problems and providing solutions. The Fleet Performance PM partners with the team to enhance fleet performance.

Basic Qualifications

A degree in relevant experience with program or project management, data and metrics, or communication to higher-ups at Global Recruitment are not necessary for applying. Candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or MBAs with leadership experience in process improvement are encouraged to apply.
