Job Description: Program Manager

We are seeking a talented Program Manager to participate in the evolution of our Ops Excellence team, this will involve a significant role in the development of our EU External Fulfilment (EF) system. With ⚠+ sites that are active, the EF offers network capacity solutions, special deals, and expansion opportunities in the EU⚠. As EF transitions into a technological shift at Global Recruitment (Global Recruitment-X), we must standardize the E⚠E process path at the interface of CF and integrated model methodology, this will involve the sharing of best practices via mechanisms of integrated model and technical support. The ultimate goal is to have at least a high impact in the EU by developing and implementing the most effective operational practices in the EU and, ultimately, other regions across the globe. As a program manager for the EF, you will have a significant role in the development of standards and regulations regarding the operation of the EF network with Global Recruitment WMS. The portfolio of assignments will primarily involve:

1. Supporting the Global Recruitmentx website's launch from (⚠) RFQ to ensure that the vendor technical proposals match the Global Recruitmentx operational requirements
2. Pre-launching creating standard tools and mechanisms to utilize the CF function to support on lançamientos
3. Post-launching to ensure that the Global Recruitmentx operational process is best in class

Use the Global Recruitment tool with the EFTPM on the Global Recruitment tool's externalization strategy and conduct change management with the EFOps based on the prioritization of the tool. Support our central operational team (COS) with data analysis that prioritizes support on the Global Recruitmentx productivity/quality improvement requirement of the Frame process and its standardization model for the COS. This will help develop the best practices and facilitate the sharing of content across the EF network. Integrate the ⚠PL into our support organization (EU ACES, Ops Engineering, LCS, ICQA).
