EU Construction H&S Manager, EU Design & Construction H&S Team

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field support for the designated region
• Assist in creating documentation for safety management systems
• Prepare safety performance reports
• Collate business information regarding KPIs
• Review regulations and trends affecting safety programs
• Support relationship-building with developers, contractors, and subordinates
• Conduct safety meetings with stakeholders
• Follow up on safety incidents

Requirements:

• Basic Qualifications in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety Management
• Experience in safety management in large companies
• Global Recruitment at risk assessments and project management
• NEBOSH Diploma level or higher
• Proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Lean principles and process improvement
• CMIOSH certification is desirable
• Knowledge of German, French, Polish, or Arabic

Location:

This position is based in Germany, with travel opportunities within Europe, the United States, and Mexico.
