Job Description: ERP Project Manager

RS Experts is currently seeking a driven ERP Project Manager for a leading distribution company. As an ERP Project Manager, you will take the initiative in implementing a standardized IT system and play a central role in the project from system implementation to process improvement and change management. You will foster collaboration among various stakeholders and oversee local digital teams.

Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Lead the project through each phase and milestone.
• Collaborate with the IT architect.
• Discuss business unit requirements and translate them into a practical project proposal.
• Schedule and monitor tasks.
• Maintain regular and open communication with the project team, implementation partner, and stakeholders.
• Ensure project delivery according to specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Provide post-implementation support and transition to operational teams.
• Manage project risks and develop strategies for data testing and migration.
• Address the impact of technological advancements on employees through communication and training plans.
• Engage in effective communication at all levels focusing on encouraging and guiding local teams.

Profile:

• Hold a master's degree in a relevant field with additional experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role, preferably with ERP initiatives.
• Project management or change management certification is advantageous.
• Proficient in technical aspects of IT.
• Language proficiency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Soft skills include decision-making, assertive communication, and maintaining a delicate balance.
• Willingness to travel between different areas.
