We are recruiting an Enterprise Solutions Architect with experience in advanced statistical data analysis. You will work with highly qualified professionals to solve complex problems for strategic customers and partners. You will communicate trends and innovative solutions and collaborate across functions within the KT Link ecosystem, including product teams, research, security, solution strategy, industry expertise, and responsible AI.

Within the Global Engineering and Architecture Group (EAG) organization, the Enterprise Architect is responsible for delivering impactful architectural, technical and business results for a diverse portfolio of our most complex customer project delivery and pre-sales activities. They will work closely with other members of EAG in the areas of solution architecture, data science, data engineering, and security to deliver high-quality architectural solutions and business results based on the KT Link Azure platform. This includes working with the wider industry solution delivery team, our Strategic Pursuit team, Azure Engineering and our Solutions Strategy team. Enterprise Architects have extensive knowledge of successful architecture and project delivery methodologies for a wide range of customer-specific development, infrastructure and migrations. With a strong emphasis on mentorship, architecture, and technical excellence, they drive transformative results, build scalable capabilities, and deliver business value to our customers and KT Link industry solutions.

Required Qualifications/Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and experience in technical solutions, hands-on development, architecture, consulting, and/or technical fields (e.g., security), or Computer Science, Information Technology Experience or equivalent experience in technical, engineering or related fields as well as technical solutions, hands-on development, architecture, consulting and/or technical areas (e.g. security).
• Experience managing multiple complex projects or portfolios.
• Experience leading mixed, multidisciplinary teams.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and experience in technical solutions, hands-on development, architecture, consulting, and/or technical areas (e.g., security), or experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, Experience or equivalent experience in engineering or related fields as well as technical solutions, hands-on development, architecture, consulting and/or technical areas such as security.
• Rich technical sales experience.
• Rich project management experience.
• Experience in human resources management including leading consulting practice manager, technical sales manager and/or technical architect manager.
• Technical or professional certification in the field (e.g. security).
• Primarily in a customer-facing role in building and delivering comprehensive, enterprise-ready solutions.
• Deep understanding of building custom applications across the full range of cloud products, complex infrastructure in cloud and hybrid scenarios, preferably with experience across multiple departments and industries.
• Senior leader with the ability to engage at all levels of the organization, with experience translating clients The need for well-documented architecture and technical results.
• Technical background with extensive experience in technical delivery.
• Passion and drive for developing others, coaching and mentoring through on-the-job delivery.
• Implement accepted architecture methodologies, processes and tools.
• Travel for this position is approximately ⚠-⚠% and is an integral expectation of this position as it meets our client needs and our business requirements.

Responsibilities:

The EAG Enterprise Architect's focus is to ensure our most complex/strategic of customer deployments are designed, launched, and executed with consistent high quality, reducing risk and increasing positive impact for our customers and KT Link. This includes serving in project leadership roles with EAG team members, our delivery teams and customers, driving architecture and deliverables, and gathering feedback and iterations on our products, product and delivery IP. Additionally, the Enterprise Architect will work with our Strategic Pursuit team to develop Azure solution opportunities for large enterprises and interact with CxOs, Directors, and Architects. You will lead the scope of service proposals in artificial intelligence, applications, infrastructure and migration, while also mentoring and collaborating with regional architects and engineers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complex deployment architecture and strategies.
• Drive and deliver customer and KT Link strategy through leadership on technology and business architecture decisions, from CxO level pre-sales to technical decision makers.
• Provide leadership and direction through technical and business stakeholder management, architectural alignment and delivery methodologies to advance or keep current strategic projects on track in complex planning and delivery scenarios.
• Change Leadership and Adoption: Demonstrate excellence in customer and partner change management and adoption principles. Be a role model for architecture and technology.
• Strong leadership of the technical delivery team, driving high performance and collaboration across all parts of the organization to deliver industry solutions.
• Technology Delivery Management: drives delivery excellence, ensuring high quality customer transformation programs and solutions are delivered as designed and capturing feedback/changes required for future opportunities through interactions with SAO IP Architects and Enterprise Solutions Strategy teams.
• Drive high-quality results by collaborating with local delivery teams and global architecture teams and gaining insights for long-term redeployment across KT Link products.
• Optimize business results: Participate in opportunity management by building a healthy pipeline to drive and win solutions/designs that align with KT Link strategy. Lead complex efforts to deliver profitable business results and maximize business value. Understand and contribute to customer teams' collaborative planning activities across KT Link Teams.
