DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION: GROUP TAX DIRECTOR

MISSION:

Based in Louvain-La-Neuve, the Tax director will lead the development and implementation of the group's tax strategies to maximize effectiveness and cash tax rates globally, reporting to the Group CEO of finances.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Review tax situation and promote effective ETR management
• Ensure compliance with international and local tax laws
• Evaluate tax consequences of group projects and investments
• Improve tax status of the company
• Manage worldwide tax reporting system
• Advise senior management on tax issues
• Interpret financial statements and numerical data

REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in international tax planning
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Customer-focused and ability to influence decisions
• Creative with a safe approach to risk management
