Responsibilities:

• Actively search for potential applicants via digital media, social media, and other platforms.
• Conduct telephone interviews and screenings to assess the suitability of potential candidates.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues.
• Recruit candidates and maintain a pool of applicants.
• Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent.

Requirements:

• Minimum two years experience as a recruitment expert, preferably in a digital space.
• Excellent understanding of digital recruitment methods and tools.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships.
• Organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Love for people and a desire to succeed.
