Digital Manager / E-Commerce Manager

To strengthen and support our team in Brussels, we are now looking for a full-time Digital Manager/E-Commerce Manager (M/F) to implement and expand the digital and e-commerce strategy in the Benelux-region. Build and expand our marketing campaigns with 🔗, Global Recruitment, and more. Work closely with our Key Account Managers and Marketing department to support our e-commerce key accounts and implement our multi-channel strategy.

Control digital marketing measures on the market and with customers, maintain and update product data and ensure optimal placement and presentation of offers. Content creation and maintenance, editorial planning for websites, blogs, newsletters and social media as well as keyword research, SEO and conversion optimization for website content.

Collaborate with graphics, sales staff and communicate regularly with international and national colleagues to exchange best practices. Reports to the Companion Animal Business Unit Manager and has direct liaison with the Global Director of E-Commerce.

You will preferably have a full (bachelor's) degree in Business Administration/Management with an emphasis in Marketing, E-Commerce, Trade Marketing or a similar background. Years of professional experience in online marketing, specifically SEO, social and email marketing. Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in a similar position in the e-commerce or online marketing field. Ideally, you have experience supporting 🔗 and Global Recruitment and are familiar with the tools.

You are customer-oriented, have strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team. Your work style is characterized by a structured and results-oriented approach to working, which enables you to set priorities and manage many parallel projects. As you will be working in a national and international environment, we require good language skills in Dutch, French and English.
