Overview

As part of the TLMN Connect Solution Delivery, the Central Solutioning and Risk Management (CSRM) organization is part of the Delivery Excellence organization, its purpose is to mitigate risk while also ensuring quality in the delivery of services and projects via effective solutioning, estimation and monitoring. The Delivery Risk Manager is integral to the process of service delivery by TLMN Connect. Very closely associated with local sales, pursuit leads, architects, and when necessary, contract managers, the Delivery Risk Manager will assist with opportunities for contracts that require signature.

During the delivery of the project, the Delivery Risk Manager will provide risk management and quality control services on selected projects. The volume of the projects, as well as their health, will determine the depth of the services provided. The risk manager responsible for delivery is also expected to provide analysis, insight and recommended actions to the organization responsible for delivery as a matter of urgency. Throughout the pre-sales process and the delivery execution, the Delivery Risk Manager will participate deeply with the stakeholders associated with the transaction they cover, at every level of the organization and is the focus of quality/risk management for the field teams.

You'll need to have a successful history of dealing with risk and monitoring the delivery of contracts. Additional experience in the complex management of projects along with a delivery review, project P&L management, project financial reporting, budget and resource planning, scheduling, risk management and project stability is imperative. Having experience with the Azure platform and interacting with associated participants in the field is beneficial. You'll have experience in developing strong, trusted relationships with a solid understanding of IT project management, contracting, negotiation, and managing vendors. Your previous experience with customer relations is also significant because you may need to interact with various stakeholders in customer relations.

Risk Management and Quality Assurance during childbirth:

• Evaluate and survey the overall quality during childbirth in close association with the Area Teams
• Describe the causes of the problem and propose solutions
• Develop and maintain risk assessments for projects that deliver on a regular basis. This will involve conducting risk assessments based on the quality of assurance and the potential business consequences of risk
• Describe and document successful practices (lessons learned) in the delivery of services and make these available as business knowledge within the quality community, area/regional management and promote the re-use of these ideas when appropriate
• Offer additional delivery services that will help to assess the project's risk exposure in depth and scope. Other services that are provided include quality assurance and risk management, these services may include: change impact management, escalation management, resource and scheduling planning, contract management, customer communication on risks and quality, or project stability management and actions
• Allege early warning on upcoming dangers and uses, where appropriate, the Area and Regional Review Boards in order to create awareness and agreement on the pertinent mitigation actions

The management of risk and quality during the pre-sale:

• Review the quality of the approach to dealing with the shape of the deal, based on established methods, testing procedures, models of governance, expected revenue, learned lessons (from both pre-sales and the delivery of the product) and other methods of quality assurance. These methods are recommended because they help to correct problems as necessary
• Develop and maintain risk assessments for transactions across all of MCEM's steps. This will involve conducting risk assessments based on the quality of assurance and the potential business consequences of risk
• Describe and document the successful practices (lessons learned) during pre-sales, these should be made available as business knowledge within the quality community, the area/regional management and promote the re-use of pertinent information
• When significant dangers are recognized during the pre-sale process, involve the sponsors and other participants in the deal to promote internal agreement on these dangers and their associated remedies
• When necessary, involve customers during the negotiation of a contract to help assess the potential risks and mitigations associated with it (and their review)

Portfolio Management, Community and Collaboration

• Drive consistency, adoption and integration of quality principles within TLMN Connect's processes, policies, rules, guidelines and systems, as well as provide support for their creation
• Help with developing and improving risk and quality processes and methods, internal or external to CSRM
• Help define the programs necessary to remediate the risks or issues in the portfolio that are in close communication with the Regional QA Manager, the Area team, or other units within Delivery Excellence
• Create and publish monthly business updates (MBU) regarding the Area and/or Regional delivery portfolio
• Participate during internal portfolio reviews that focus on the analysis of how patterns of delivery are manifested, the importance of the projects that are covered in the delivery process, and the prioritization of the projects that are most important
• Actively participate in the quality, risk and delivery communities and associated initiatives
• When appropriate, endorse the participation of Quality Assurance Directors in the pre-sale and delivery process

Qualifications and abilities, besides a thorough command of English, the fluency in French is of paramount importance in this area, as it is necessary to have a comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects involved in projects and programs management, including the management of quality and risk. These aspects are large in scope and have a complex nature, all of which are desired in the technical field. PMP (PMI) or risk-based certification preferred. Travel location: You may be located in either of the countries of France, Belgium or Switzerland. You may be required to travel up to ⚠% of the time for audits, coaching and connecting with other area managers. A schedule that is flexible and includes remote work is possible for projects that require varying amounts of commitment.
