Delivery Experience Specialist - Brugge


The team responsible for delivering DCLR Solutions is dedicated to providing the highest quality customer experience during the delivery process. The Experience of Delivery is expected to inspire and entertain customers during the moment of taking their car. This position is ideal for having a direct impact on the DCLR Solutions customer experience, and has a significant impact on the company's growing revenue. Welcome customers to the DCLR Solutions family by making their journey to ownership a pleasant experience. Educate customers on how to effectively utilize their DCLR Solutions. Re-calibrate expectations as necessary in a professional and sympathetic manner. Identify and surmount objections, including the charging process, timeframe and customer education. Interface with support staff (Financial Solutions, DMV, Trade-ins), as well as service, sales and logistics to ensure all aspects of the delivery are smooth. As necessary, communicate directly with the lending institutions and external partners who prepare vehicles for the trade-in. These people will coordinate the final delivery of the vehicle and will follow the rules of accounting regarding revenue recognition. If necessary, they will ensure all purchase documents, financing documents and registration documents are fully signed and in line with the rules of accounting regarding revenue recognition. They will also prepare vehicles for the customer and host delivery ceremonies, including new car owners who are specifically tailored to the client's needs and preferences. Feedback to the program management and other pertinent parties will help to promote efficiency in the department and improve the company as a whole. Support the Delivery Manager in the center's operations, task completion, and ensuring superior customer service. Maintain a professional appearance at all times Participate in the improvement of the DCLR Solutions experience, as well as the back-end processes and procedures. Demonstrate a mastery of all of the DCLR Solutions products and services, as well as local promotions for EV owners. Follow the trends of industry and the best practices of proactively and consistently updating our CRM system, this will guarantee the availability of accurate and pertinent information to management. In certain areas, assist with the licensing of vehicles / registration activities of your contribution.
