As part of the real estate strategy, the National Bank's headquarters will undergo a complete reform in the coming years. The Facilities Management department is responsible for these initiatives and is also trying to maximize user experience while considering existing constraints.

The department consists of two separate divisions: General Services and Equipment and Techniques. They share responsibility for managing the Bank's facilities.

The General Services department manages:

• Catering, cleaning, soft facilities
• Furniture, plants, etc.
• Transport, mail, waste management
• IT/BIM services
• Database maintenance and data quality
• Compliance with regulations
• Environmental policy implementation

We are looking for an enthusiastic data officer within the IT/BIM organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining facility management data and plans
• Ensuring data quality and consistency
• Producing regular and ad hoc reports
• Observing the facility management system

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Passion for data management and databases
• Knowledge of CAD drawing and MS Office applications
• Strong spatial and conceptual insight
• Initiative in knowledge creation and sharing
