The headquarters are located in Brussels, near the South station in Brussels. How can you make a difference? You are a versatile data expert who can grasp analyses and ideas through effective communication. You translate the company's needs into practical solutions ('business').

• Conduct statistical evaluations and identify risks.
• Map customer preferences and improve proposals and marketing campaigns through analysis.

Your tasks will include:

• Performing tasks based on data from SAP CRM and external sources.
• Creating dashboards to guide decisions at both strategic and tactical levels.
• Generating hypotheses, stories, and insights about the market and its customers.
• Collaborating with teams to turn obstacles into data-based solutions.
• Presenting arguments effectively to senior management.
• Preparing monthly management reporting and quarterly business report.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in business engineering, applied economics, or similar with focus on math, statistics, data analysis, and quantitative methods plus two years of relevant experience.
• Or Bachelor's degree with at least ⚠ years of relevant experience.

Skills and Abilities:

• Proficient in Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint.
• Familiar with statistical principles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
• French language knowledge is a plus.
