To expand our sales operations and customer support team in the Benelux region, we are looking for a proactive EU Customer Support Specialist (M/F/F) to serve Belgian residents ⚠% remotely. Enter customer orders in SAP and be responsible for ensuring professional and timely processing of customer orders (order entry, internal and external clarification, invoicing, shipping processing including creation of shipping documents). Customer contact throughout the entire process of shipping planning. Digital platform owner by the customer. Further development and digitalization of processes used. Complaint handling in cooperation with other departments.
Successful completion of business studies or similar experience in order processing or logistics. Native level Dutch, good knowledge of German and English (spoken and written) and other foreign languages an advantage. Confidently use SAP Business One and MS Office. Understanding of processes preferred personal skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Professional telephone behavior. Reliable and attentive. Experienced team player. Ability to work independently.
