JOB DESCRIPTION: Customer Success Manager
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the long-term business point of contact for all customers. You ensure the solid foundation and revenue of the company. With a focus on maintaining relationships with CIOs, CFOs, and CEOs of both large and small companies, you will experience a strong and constantly evolving learning curve across various industries and project scopes. Additionally, you will serve as a key interface for all different departments within the company. Your daily tasks will be carried out at our office in Brussels.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing existing customers in various countries (Europe and Africa)
- Building long-term relationships with your clients
- Performing in-depth analysis and understanding of your customers' IT projects
- Identifying potential future up-sells: expanding the usage of the solution by clients
- Presenting upcoming applications and new versions to end-users
- Ensuring overall satisfaction by connecting customers with all relevant departments of the company
- Negotiating with clients to renew contracts
You will develop:
- Strong analytical expertise by thoroughly understanding each project

Your Profile:
Must-haves:
- Master of Business
- Proficiency in English + German and all other European languages
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle conflicts with a problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- 0 to 3 years of technical sales experience
- Work permit in Belgium
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience in IT project management
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environment
- Prior experience in a customer relationship management role
- Hard-working / playing hard attitude
