Responsibilities:

  • Primary representative for customers
  • Manage program delivery and customer relationships
  • Accelerate cloud adoption for customers

Key Accountabilities:

  • Drive quality planning and delivery of Support services
  • Partner with customers and Account Teams
  • Manage technical impediments and feedback for product improvement

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in Program/Engagement Manager roles focused on Cloud solutions
  • Leadership in collaborative teams
  • Relationship development and program management skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Technical expertise in cloud, hybrid infrastructures, and market trends
