Your Tasks:
- Facilitate fundamental relationships with primary customer stakeholders and technical experts.
- Support the delivery of programs planning and customer-facing programs.
- Resolve technical issues with customers.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or another related field AND ⚠+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, or portfolio management experience.
Skills Required:
- Skill in French: Fluent in OR Dutch and English.
