You will become part of an international company that is active in the chemical field. You will have a small team and a pleasant atmosphere with consistency. They offer a comprehensive training in the office followed by a period of ⚠ days at home in the comfort of your own home. Additionally, the hours of work are flexible (starting at ⚠:⚠-⚠:⚠ am) and because you work ⚠ hours per week, you are entitled to ⚠ extra days every year. Total number of days available for leave: ⚠. As a customer service representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients. You follow the instructions of a-z (order intake, order input, logistics, invoicing) and have technical questions regarding the products. You also maintain regular communication with the headquarters in regards to stock management. For this position as a customer service representative, Global Recruitment is looking for a candidate that is fluent in both English and French or Dutch. You already have a first relevant experience as a customer service representative (and in international chemicals) that you possess the necessary knowledge of incoterms ⚠ and are communicatively and administratively adept, so you can follow up everything accurately and arrange yourself well. You are customer-oriented and can work well with other colleagues. Finally, you are flexible and have a propensity towards organization, so you can deal with deadlines and priorities.
