Job Description

For our client based in Drongen, involved in medical-related activities, we are looking for a part-time (⚠/⚠) Customer Service Representative. You will eventually join a team of four members. As a Commercial Assistant, your tasks will include:

• Supporting agents
• Assisting in the telephone processing of requests, quotes, and orders in transit
• Monitoring and managing ongoing documents

You will also be required to prepare, pack, or unload materials in the warehouse, providing a pleasant change of pace. Knowledge of basic MS Office functions and strong communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Dutch, a solid foundation in spoken and written French (level B⚠), and familiarity with the role are expected.

An internal training program will be provided for all candidates by a dedicated and enthusiastic team. Part-time work is available, with the exception that the day off cannot be on Wednesdays. Upon a successful trial period, you will be officially welcomed to the company!
