Job Description: Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative that is native to English, Czech and Slovak. Our client is renowned for more than simply providing fuel and energy. As the leading advocate for the energy industry, they are always attempting to create a long-term sustainable solution. Oils that are liquid are transported to the Antwerp port and undergo chemical and operational treatments. Our client has over ⚠,⚠ units of production and over ⚠ active formulas, it is part of the most complex mixture plants for the production of Marine Oils, Automotive Oils, and other products.

This is a short-term job with a minimum of ⚠ months.

Review of Duties:

• You are responsible for handling and following up (trouble) customer queries via phone, email and systems
• You deal with more complex issues from international logistics partners
• You assess if the customer is within their credit limit and take appropriate action if they are not
• You are the point of contact for both internal and external customers, providing responses and solutions
• You record, answer, and resolve questions, problems, complaints, and requests
• You investigate how to improve service and engage in regular customer feedback
• You are familiar with financial processes and have a strong problem-solving capacity
• You work well as a team and are flexible when necessary

A commuting allowance is available.

Minimum of ⚠ vacation days and an expense allowance after six months of employment.

Working from home is also possible.
