Customer Research Analyst
Our client Global Recruitment is the European market leader in international train transport. They provide a single rail network connecting France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany and the United Kingdom via direct and indirect high-speed routes. We are currently recruiting a Customer Research Analyst to strengthen the commercial department.
The Department of Commerce is at the forefront of delivering an exceptional customer experience. You manage sales, operational marketing, pricing and revenue strategy, digital campaigns, customer communications, and optimizing our products. As a Customer Research Analyst, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality research and insights that provide a ⚠-degree view of customers and markets to our stakeholders. They play a key role in providing valuable insights that aid strategic decision-making.
Study Group Management: Design annual group roadmap, create engaging group content, and manage community engagement. Additionally, you will be responsible for the analysis and communication of group results.
End-to-end project management: identify research solutions, write briefs, evaluate proposals, design questionnaires, conduct data analysis, and create compelling presentations with actionable recommendations.
Market and Consumer Trends: Stay ahead of market trends, expand your insights by integrating disparate data sources, and combine research with operational data to improve our understanding of customer experience.
Stakeholder Relations: Work with stakeholders to prioritize research activities, provide advisory support, build strong relationships and manage external partnerships.
Communicate insights: Communicate the importance of research within the company, communicate insights through multiple channels, and present research results at team and department meetings.
Candidates with a degree in marketing or related field preferred. ⚠-⚠ years of agency or client experience in a market research or insights role required. You should have a proven track record of planning and designing research, effective project and stakeholder management, and leveraging market and consumer data to drive insights. You have good understanding and experience of data analysis using analytical tools such as SPSS, Q Analytics, etc. In addition, you have expertise in integrating research and secondary data from different sources to identify key insights relevant to the business. They speak French and English fluently.
