Overview:

In this position, you'll be the Technology Specialist (pre-sales expert) for your assigned task and a part of the sales team that includes the Solution Specialist, Customer Success Unit, partners, and engineering. You will help to advance the pipeline by assisting the Solution Specialist in recognizing the deal, developing a strategy, and inspiring the CxO/business decision maker/ technical decision maker. Responsibilities include generating revenue via qualified pipeline methods, addressing technical uncertainties, and securing the customer's design approval.

Tasks Include:

• Designing solutions and providing professional demonstrations.
• Assisting in completing proposals from customers.
• Cultivating relationships with decision makers.
• Sharing technical knowledge with colleagues.
• Planning sessions with account teams to envision solutions.
• Communicating powerful customer-oriented solutions based on technical expertise.
• Helping with the formalization of customer proposals.
• Working with Partners and the Customer Success team to deploy software as intended.
• List and prioritize resources for customer transformations.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Technical pre-sales or technical guidance experience.
• Experience with clouds, hybrids, on-site infrastructure, migrations, and technology management.

This position is advantageous as you can work up to half of the time from home.
