Main tasks

In the field of transport and logistics, proactive communication and information flow with customers are key to ensuring consistent transparency.

  • Proactively monitor all customers' inbound and outbound shipments, provide advice on our electronic solutions and services, and respond to customer inquiries via email, phone or chat.
  • Find out-of-the-box solutions that improve customer supply chains.
  • Take full responsibility for the customer experience by managing the entire transportation process, staying abreast of changes in local and foreign regulations, internal and external procedures, and product development, as you move across the road, Maintain in-depth knowledge of goods transported by rail or sea.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and build strong relationships with them. Understand their business, service needs and drivers to continuously improve collaboration.
  • Work independently while sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
  • Willingness to embrace change and drive customer experience improvement initiatives.

We are looking for:

  • Demonstrated customer service experience.
  • An empathic person who is a good communicator and can get along well with all types of people.
  • People interested in digitization and shaping the digital future of customer experience.
  • Willingness to embrace change and drive initiatives to improve customer experience.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch language skills an advantage.
