Your day as a call agent: First you work in our office in Berchem, Antwerp. However, after the study period, there is an option to work from home. Your tasks will include providing support and advice to customers regarding issues related to our kitchen equipment. As a customer service representative, your responsibilities include answering incoming calls and emails. You can support multicultural customers in German or English. You answer administrative and technical questions. You have access to comprehensive training opportunities and helpful tools to continually acquire new knowledge that you can use in your customer contacts. All training sessions are conducted in English.

This is you: you are fluent in English and other languages (Dutch/Italian/German/French/Norwegian) both spoken and written. Internal communications are also in English. You're driven by providing efficient, enthusiastic customer service. Your friends describe you as an active and goal-oriented listener. Your personality trait is that you are willing to help others. You'll love cooking with KitchenAid appliances in our weekly cooking workshops! ;)

Furthermore, you are a resident of Belgium and have the legal right to work there.

In return, you'll get from us: Enjoy flexible working hours, Monday to Friday, ⚠am to ⚠pm shifts. You will receive your appointment schedule at least ⚠ weeks in advance. Please note that you will be required to work on public holidays, excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter Monday. Find your place in Berghem's vibrant open-plan workspaces. Plus, you might even get the chance to work from the comfort of your home after ⚠ months. We always keep your location in mind and are very flexible in this regard. You can expect a competitive salary. You will initially join us on a temporary contract and after three months meal vouchers will be added to your pay package.
