Credit and Collection Specialist:

Are you a volatile and talented individual in the field of debt collection? Looking for a new challenge where you can expand your knowledge in a department that is still evolving? Our recruitment process for a Credit and Collection Specialist may be suitable for you. Your main task involves contacting B-to-B customers mainly by phone regarding payment delays and other irregularities. After studying the file, you act as a mediator, propose specific solutions and maintain lasting relationships with all involved parties.

• Supervise various debt recovery files
• Send reminders and handle outstanding invoices
• Analyze customer files and propose practical solutions
• Manage credit limits based on customer invoices
• Maintain strong partnerships between departments
• Ensure effective administration

Requirements:

• ⚠ to ⚠ years of experience in Credit Management
• Proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and French
• Effective communication skills
• Customer-oriented with B-to-B experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software
• Knowledge of I Controller and Afinity tools (preferred)
