As Country Financial Manager (M/F), you are our local financial expert and are responsible for, inter alia, the following topics:

  • You are responsible for recording, monitoring and presenting the financial accounting of Global Recruitment Germany
  • You prepare regional monthly and Annual financial statements and related reports and tax returns and in doing so perform manual bookings in SAP that are not covered by our service providers
  • You are responsible for the correct determination of taxes, fees and charges responsibilities and their timely payment
  • You ensure Comply with Global Recruitment' Compliance Principles as well as applicable laws and guidelines - and optimize business processes in your area of ​​activity.

If you have a degree, you're in the right place for an Economics or Apprenticeship and appropriate further training (e.g. Accounting, ACCA). Completed successfully.

It is also important to us that you have many years of professional experience in corporate accounting, preferably working for an international company. You are known for your knowledge of the legal regulations of the German Commercial Code (HGB), tax law and the international accounting regulations of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and your ability to apply them safely and conscientiously. You have experience working with SAP. You also like to work independently and take responsibility for your own tasks and results. Finally, a good knowledge of German and English completes your profile.
