To support your further development and professionalization of the Sint-Truiden site, we are looking for a motivated Continuous Improvement Manager. Lead a continuous improvement program for the site designed to eliminate non-value-added activities while improving operational excellence.

Responsible for establishing a culture of operational excellence throughout plant operations with a focus on sustainability. Conduct gap analyzes to identify deficiencies in business processes or plans and recommend adjustments to processes to maintain high levels of performance. Link process deficiencies directly to impact on the bottom line.

Lead cross-functional project teams to implement change and drive continuous improvement. Lead projects implementing hybrid model value streams with a focus on continuous safety improvement. Quality, cost and delivery. Use appropriate problem-solving tools to achieve rapid improvements and achieve sustainable results. Ensure compliance with standard procedures for data collection, recording and reporting.

Plan budgets and manage costs associated with operational excellence initiatives. Directly supervise, train and mentor resources assigned to full-time CIs. Various CI strategies to manage transactional and/or production operations. Participate in operational continuous improvement reviews and provide local and/or regional management reports Earn a Master's Degree in Plant Manager combined with a minimum of ⚠ years of continuous improvement and operations experience. Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification.

Get insights into reducing cycle times, reducing waste, increasing yields, and improving productivity and throughput. Hands-on experience in operational excellence and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, TQM). Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in project management Excellent planning and organizational skills and advanced problem-solving skills. Fluent English ability.
