We currently have an excellent opportunity for people with a background in the Employee Benefits industry (Healthcare and/or Risk) to join a high performing team as: Consultant - Employee Benefits (M/F) What You Can Expect: As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of healthcare and/or group risk clients. The focus is on client portfolios of multinational clients that have adopted a Global Benefits Management (GBM) approach in all countries in which they operate. You will focus on ensuring customers always feel supported by providing advice and advice on local policy renewals. Remarketing and coordination projects; benchmarking studies; and negotiating employee benefit plan terms and coverage on behalf of clients with local insurance carriers and international coordinating partners; all at the client's request. You will be in contact with local and international stakeholders such as local insurance companies, local and international Global Recruitment consultants, local clients and their headquarters as well as Global Recruitment competence centers in Poland, the United States and India. You'll build strong relationships with customers, identify new business opportunities and promote the wider Global Recruitment offering to maximize opportunities and achieve growth goals. This is a customer-facing account management role. We rely on you to: manage an existing portfolio of healthcare and/or group risk clients, provide strategic/high-quality advice and guidance, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external at all levels), report accurately , providing updated information and market information verification results and recommendations. Works with internal departments and insurance companies to ensure customers always receive quality service. Promote and provide high quality services and advice. Proactively stay up to date with the latest knowledge and skills through supported learning and skills development activities. While previous experience is ideal, we are also willing to consider applications from candidates with transferable client-facing skills within the banking, financial services or insurance industries. What you'll need: - Experience in a relevant employee benefits consulting or administrative role within an employee benefits practice. - Ability to provide advice, analysis and communication on employee benefits related products. - Experience identifying business needs and adapting our products to provide strategic solutions to clients. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Self-motivated and proactive. - Desire to provide exceptional customer service.
