• You are responsible for sourcing, recruiting and interviewing candidates, as well as building relationships and developing a client portfolio.

• As a Staffing Consultant, your tasks will include:
• Actively sourcing candidates through a variety of channels.
• Develop job descriptions.
• Optimize recruitment strategy.
• Conduct interviews and obtain references from candidates.
• Develop your client portfolio.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Negotiate rates and fees with clients.
• You have a bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
• You speak Dutch/English/French fluently or you are good at communicating in at least ⚠ languages and you are able to evaluate candidates during interviews.
• You are stress-resistant and tolerant; challenges don't stop you.
• You enjoy social contact and interaction.
