Consultancy Business Manager

Our client, a leading consulting firm, is actively seeking an Practice Manager to join their team and expand their business. You maintain and develop good relationships with existing customers. They bring new ideas and strategies that make it easier for us to acquire new customers. This will ensure that the company is on track to achieve its financial goals. You will develop and implement budgets and ensure department compliance with company policies. You will collaborate with other departments and expand your network through interactions, events and visits. You motivate your team through motivation and positive feedback. You are fluent in English and French, Dutch is an advantage. Previous experience in similar positions is an advantage. You are sales and results driven. You are proactive and flexible.
