Job Description: Compensation and Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a compensation and payroll specialist for a mechanical partner who is active in Brussels. As a compensation specialist, you'll be responsible for the optimization of the salary package and the administration of the payroll process This European organization provides assistance and support to its international clients in the design and implementation of products, as well as the maintenance of their installations.

Monitor and support a Payroll team on a daily basis. Provide support to the Head of HR regarding payroll policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a similar field.
• Fluent in English, Dutch or French.
• At least one previous employment as a Payroll Manager or in a similar position.
• You're meticulous, practical, and have an acute sense of analysis.
