Job Description: Payroll and Compensation Advisor

We are seeking a Payroll and Compensation advisor for a partner who is involved in pharmaceuticals in Rixensart. As a compensation and payroll advisor, you'll oversee all of the Payroll activities from A to Z in a prestigious and internationally recognized pharmaceutical company! Ensure that all of the Payroll activities from A to Z Help to standardize the process of paying employees across the entire pharmaceutical brand. Implement strategies to optimize the salary of employees and have Payroll policies. Serve as the primary expert on C&B Payroll in regards to social-legal issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Payroll and Personnel Administration or a similar field of study
• Fluent in Dutch, French or English
• At least two years of experience as a Payroll or Compensations and Benefits
• Pragmatic, purposeful, logical with excellent communication abilities
