Job Description: Co-worker Relations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the overall co-worker relations strategy
• Ensure compliance with global Co-worker relations principles and code of conduct
• Promote a healthy working environment fostering collaboration and development
• Implement M&F Staffing employment standards and compliance across all units
• Follow up on health and well-being framework at a national level
• Collaborate with Learning Delivery Specialists to enhance co-worker experience

Requirements:

• Advanced training in Human Resources Management or legal field
• Knowledge of Belgian labor laws and basic understanding of English and another local language
• Experience in handling co-worker relations and global initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to mediate and resolve workplace issues effectively
• Proactive, independent, and results-oriented

Reporting to: Market Area P&C Manager

Travel required: Yes
