Responsibilities includes providing technical knowledge through talks about products, demonstrations of products, installation and maintenance of company products. Helps the sales staff in recognizing the potential applications of company products to satisfy customer needs and developing detailed specifications for the development and implementation of customer solutions.

Duties:

• The architect must first understand the foundational technical knowledge of an architecture solution that will address business and information technology (IT) concerns and addressable technical issues.
• Acts as the advocate of the customer (VOC)/ partner by learning to recognize and communicate feedback about technical abilities, gaps, obstacles, and other aspects of the customer/ partner with internal teams, utilizing already established methods.
• Recommends input from others in order to contribute to proposals that are based on specific technical products.
• Demonstrates fundamental technical concepts and demonstrates the technical feasibility of those concepts through design collaborations with the customer or partner.
• Facilitates research projects and participates in surveys that scope potential intellectual property needs or alterations.
• Participates in external events dedicated to architecture (e.g., conferences, seminars, technical meetings, Webcasts, blogs, hackathons), and shares knowledge with the internal team.
• Participates in discussions regarding the design of architecture, the resilience of the system, and the technical optimization of the system, all of which lead to the production of applications that are deployable and have a positive impact on customer business.
• Preserve the environment and applications of the customer.

Qualifications

• Current qualifications or past ones, including a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or Technology Management, are eligible.
• Love of technology and customer-attached.
• Excellent communication abilities both spoken and written, as well as an analytical and presentational style in English.
• Adoration of the leading technologies and desire to learn and increase.
• Full-time authorization in Belgium.

Preferred Qualifications

• Has a strong grasp on stakeholder and relationship management that extends to the senior leaders, partners, and customers.
• Technical Certification associated with Cloud services (e.g., Azure).
• Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci).
